We strive to provide the best printing experience and high-quality banner and flag stands. If there is an issue with your order, you must report it within five (5) business days by contacting our Customer Service Department.
Our team will document your complaint and create a reference claim while investigating the best resolution. Customers may be asked to submit digital photos of the product, and in some cases, defective items may need to be returned at the customer’s expense. Shipping reimbursement may be provided if a defect is confirmed. Charges for rush printing or expedited shipping are non-refundable unless a defective product is delivered. Turnaround for reprints depends on production capacity and begins after written proof approval.
Customer Supplied Proofs
We are not responsible for errors if the “No Proof. Run As Is.” option is selected.
Color Proof Accuracy
Color proofs may differ from the final product due to printing processes and uncalibrated customer-supplied proofs.
Print Standards
All banner and flag stands are produced according to industry-standard print practices. Minor variations in color, material, or finish may occur between print runs and are not considered defects.
Monitor and proof colors may differ from the final product. For precise color matching, provide color-matched files or Pantone references. Hard copy proofs are available upon request, with additional fees and extended turnaround times.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the company and its affiliates from any liability, claim, or expense arising from violations of these terms, including improper use of trademarks, copyrights, or other protected material.
Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service or products to any person or organization.
