Turnaround Time and Shipping Details
We know you need your flags fast. Our standard option is Next Day Turnaround: If you submit your order and artwork before 4:00 PM PST, it ships out the very next business day. Miss the 4 PM deadline? Don’t stress, but you’ll need to add one extra business day to the production time. Keep in mind that for large orders—anything over 100 quantity—we require an additional two business days to handle the volume. Please note that Same Day Turnaround is not available for this product. To ensure speed and save you money on shipping, your order will be dispatched from the closest production facility to your ship-to address, utilizing our locations in CA (Headquarters and Sign Dept.), TX, and PA. If you’re local to California, store pickup is an option at our CA locations.
Choosing Your Flag Style and Base
You have options for how your message is displayed. Our most common choice is the Single Sided Print Thru, where the front is full-color and vibrant, and the back displays a legible, mirrored, and muted image. This version has the black nylon pole sleeve on the left. If you need the sleeve on the right, opt for the Single Sided Print Thru Reverse. For maximum clarity from any direction, choose Double Sided graphics, which are two separate prints sewn back-to-back with a silver block-out layer in between. To mount your towering flag, you can select from different base options: a simple Ground Stake for soft outdoor surfaces (featuring a ball bearing for wind swivel), or a heavy-duty Cross Base or massive Square Base for stable staging on hard indoor or outdoor surfaces. An optional Nylon Carry Bag is also available for convenient travel and storage.
Art Submission Requirements
To ensure your flag is printed correctly and shipped on time, your artwork must follow these strict specifications. We accept files in JPEG or PDF format (single page only) and require all color information to be in CMYK—do not submit with Pantones or Spot Colors. Raster images must have a resolution of 150dpi, which is more than sufficient for this large format print. Please submit artwork built precisely to the size you are ordering; scaled art is automatically detected and fit. Do not include crop marks or bleeds. If you’re ordering a double-sided product, you will typically upload two separate files. For best results and the fastest turnaround, we strongly recommend using our provided design templates and ensuring all live fonts are converted to outlines before submission.

How to Get Your Art Right The File Checklist
Don’t mess up the quick turnaround by sending us files we can’t use. We ain’t got time for back-and-forth. Follow this checklist to make sure your art is ready to print, no drama:
Format: Only submit JPEG or PDF (single page). Keep it simple.
Color: Your colors must be CMYK. Convert any Pantones or Spot Colors before you upload. Seriously.
